This project will honor the dedication of everyone who made this achievement possible, provide a brief history of the program’s inception and key milestones, and inspire support for the successes still to come. We look forward to bringing this story to life in a compelling and engaging way.

Pre-Production

• Concept Development: Collaborate to finalize the video concept

• Planning & Preparation: Compose storyboard visuals to guide the production, and ingest graphic assets from client.

Deliverables:

• Approved storyboard

• Production schedule created

• 2 rounds of storyboard revision included

Production

• Animation Creation: Using the storyboards as our guide, we will animate the video (2 minutes in length), add music, sound effects and voice narration.

Deliverables:

• All animation created

• Narration captured

• FX and music added

• 1 round of minor animation adjustments included. Minor adjustments include the movement of a single element on screen, or a minor type adjustment. Major adjustments, like added scenes, or a change that affects 20% or more of a given scene, may be re-scoped as additional work.

Post-Production

• Finishing: Prepare and send one web-ready file with captions for immediate use.
