Make Roots is excited to help bring Feasibly’s story to life through smart, strategic video. Your mission to deliver fast, accurate, bank-ready feasibility studies is not only compelling, it’s deeply needed by decision-makers navigating high-stakes projects.
Below, you’ll find a summary of our proposal to create clear, effective content that builds trust, drives action, and captures the unique power of your platform.

The goal is to systematically remove barriers to adoption by answering the questions customers are actually asking.

PRODUCTION SCOPE
For the remaining quarters of 2026 (Q2, Q3, Q4) we will capture one interview session with Brian per quarter. Using this footage, we will create a living library of media, strategically built to drive conversion by answering the questions customers are actually asking.
The final product each quarter will be four distinct videos, ready for use on landing pages, social media, and presentations.
NOTE: As an ammendment to the original scope, we will create fine-tuned and more efficient videos that are closer to 30-60 seconds apiece in length.
ASSET MENU
Each interview session will be structure to capture a variety of video assets. Below are a list of best-performing topics we can choose from each quarter to achieve our goal:

The Trust Video answers, “Is this legit, and is it for me?” through a clear, human-centered story that shows the problem and transformation using real people or relatable scenarios. Its goal is to create immediate recognition and trust. People convert when they feel understood, not just informed.

The Under the Hood Video answers, “What happens if I say yes?” by visually walking through the experience of using Feasibly for a specific use case. It removes confusion and friction, helping potential customers feel confident and ready to move forward.

The Proof Video answers, “Does this actually work?” by telling one focused, story-driven case study. It follows a simple before-and-after structure with specific outcomes, giving clear, credible evidence that Feasibly delivers real results.

The Impact Video answers, “Did this matter long-term?” by showing real outcomes and ripple effects over time. It highlights lasting value and broader impact, strengthening both retention and trust with new audiences.

Bite-sized wisdom in animated typography. Purpose: Equip users to sell their project better with Feasibly’s help

Stylized footage and text on screen. Purpose: humanize the tech and differentiate it from generic AI claims. Show WHY Feasibly is different. Each video is one distilled thought.
PUTTING THE MEDIA TO WORK
Feasibly should treat each video as part of a connected constellation of media that meets people at different moments in their journey, moving them forward with clarity and trust.
The trust-building and proof videos should live where new audiences naturally discover them: on the homepage, social channels, and in outreach. From there, deeper “inside the experience” and impact videos should be integrated into sales conversations, email follow-ups, and proposals, helping potential customers clearly see what working with Feasibly feels like and why it matters.
Over time, ambassador-style stories should be created and shared across campaigns to reinforce trust, nurture existing clients, and turn satisfied partners into visible advocates. The goal is not just to publish videos, but to intentionally place them so that each one answers a question, removes a hesitation, and strengthens the relationship at the right moment.
