Make Roots is excited for the opportunity to capture the dynamic and innovative atmosphere of the Kearney - CMU AI Executive Education Program.

Our goal is to capture high-quality photo/video storytelling that showcases the program’s events in a way that is engaging and useful for marketing and promotional efforts.

We will ensure efficient coverage of all requested events, balancing discretion with thorough documentation. Our team will handle pre-production planning, on-site execution, and quick turnaround editing so you receive polished photos and videos within a week of the event, with an option for same-day photo selects.

Pre-Production

• Concept Development: Collaborate to finalize the video concept and script, ensuring they align with your vision.

• Planning & Preparation: Compose interview scripts with your input.

Deliverables:

• Approved script

• Production schedule created

Production

• Capture Media: We will capture 4 sessions of photography and/or 4k video.

Deliverables:

• All raw media captured, and backed up on secure hard drives.

Post-Production

• Editing: Create a 2 to 3 minute master video edit, and provide 50 photo deliverables per shoot day. Additionally, we will deliver 15 daily rushed photos for social media purposes.

• Finishing: Apply color grading to photos and video. For video, complete sound design, add music, add titles and client-supplied logos as needed.

• Revisions: Provide up to three rounds of video revision to refine the final product.

Deliverables:

• One finished video (roughly 2-3 minutes in length) - delivered within two weeks

• 50 photos per production day - delivered within 2 weeks

• 15 daily selects delivered within 24 hours of session.

• Raw, unedited video selects (about 2 minutes worth) delivered within 1 week of final session.
