Core Concept:
Mark explores how emotions are felt and communicated in our bodies. By playfully experimenting with “sad,” “mad,” and “happy” feelings, children learn that emotions can be felt, heard and seen in safe ways.

Core Concept:
Walking in the woods, Mark invites viewers to imagine their feelings as a weather report—sunny, stormy, foggy, calm. Weather video and natural sounds help externalize emotions and reinforce that feelings shift, just like weather.

3. Feelings Are Welcome

Core Concept:
On the porch with a neighbor, Mark introduces a playful rhyme that names many different feelings, reinforcing that all feelings are welcome, even when behaviors need care and guidance. The setting emphasizes safety, belonging, and emotional openness.
